Culture Corner Terms of Service

Overview

Culture Corner is a short-form cultural-education video project operated by Elevare Digital ("we," "us," "the operator"). It runs an automated publishing pipeline connected to a single TikTok account, @culturalcorner0, through TikTok's official Content Posting API. These terms describe how that pipeline is allowed to be used and who is responsible for what it publishes.

Authorized account use

This integration connects to exactly one TikTok account, @culturalcorner0, which has explicitly authorized it via TikTok Login Kit. It does not offer sign-in, publishing, or any other functionality to the public, and it is not a multi-tenant or third-party service. No other TikTok account can be connected to it, and it does not act on behalf of, or interact with, any account other than the one it was authorized for.

Creator responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for reviewing every draft before it is published, and for ensuring published content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok's terms of service, and applicable law. Educational claims made in Culture Corner videos are prepared in good faith; the operator corrects material errors when they are identified.

Content rights

Video episodes, scripts, and source material produced for Culture Corner belong to Elevare Digital unless a specific episode credits an outside source, in which case that source retains its own rights. Once content is published to TikTok, it is also subject to TikTok's own platform terms governing hosted content. Nothing in these terms transfers rights in TikTok's platform, trademarks, or the TikTok Content Posting API itself.

Availability

Culture Corner's publishing schedule, this preview page, and the underlying integration are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime or posting-frequency guarantee. The operator may pause, change, or discontinue the integration, this page, or any part of the pipeline at any time, including the sandbox preview described on the main Culture Corner page, which is illustrative only and does not represent a live connection to TikTok.

Prohibited use

• Attempting to connect any TikTok account to this integration other than the one it is authorized for.
• Attempting to access, request, or exceed API scopes beyond user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the publishing pipeline, its stored credentials, or its backend infrastructure.
• Using this page or the Culture Corner name to impersonate, mislead, or misrepresent affiliation with TikTok or any other platform.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the integration evolves. Continued operation of the integration after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
